Simon has 25 years of experience in operations and engineering in the oil and gas industry. He has worked globally across several product lines, including coiled tubing, pressure pumping, downhole tools, production optimisation, and solids handling. Simon brings extensive operational and technical management expertise from both onshore and offshore locations internationally and has held supervisory roles in the field.

Following his early career with Baker Hughes and Byron Jackson Services (BJS), Simon joined FourPhase in early 2018 as Operations Manager for UK and international projects. He has played a key role in building a dynamic team of onshore and offshore personnel, driving business growth. Simon is focused on continuous improvement and ensuring safe operations with high uptime.

Simon is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer (CEng, MIMechE) in the UK with a BEng (Hons) degree in Offshore Engineering from Heriot-Watt University. He also contributes to the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) with several papers and presentations.
