Fredrik Meyer-Lampe

Fredrik comes with 19+ years of broad oil and gas industry experience from Roxar, Odfjell Drilling, and Odfjell Technology. He is also a former officer from the Navy and graduated from the Royal Norwegian Academy in 2000 with a specialisation in electronics. In 2014 he completed an Executive Master of Management at BI Norwegian Business School providing a robust foundation for his role.
As COO, Fredrik’s focus is first and foremost on the people. Having good systems and technology in place is important for operations. Still, the key to truly effective operations is having a ‘one-team’ culture where everyone works together to achieve the same goals. His areas of interest include all key areas of business operations, including project management, engineering, technology, people management, and leadership.
