Anne Lene’s experience extends across a variety of operational sectors such as HSE, quality management and implementation of IT solutions. Having worked within a broad range of different verticals including defense, subsea and oil & gas industries her understanding for quality, risk and process adds great value to any organisation. She co-founded the company Naxys AS (now Naxys Technologies AS) which was later bought by GE Oil & Gas supplying subsea monitoring systems to the energy industry.

With her vast experience Anne Lene has added value and practical experience since FourPhase was founded. Her role extends across multiple business units including quality systems, logistics and ESG to ensure safe, sustainable and high-quality operations for all our employees and customers.
