As the CEO and Co-Founder of FourPhase, Øyvind Heradstveit is a skilled mechanical engineer and serial entrepreneur with more than 25 experience. He´s dedicated to advancing technology and sustainability within the oil and gas industry and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, giving him a strong foundation both within technical knowledge and business strategy.

Prior to joining FourPhase, Mr. Heradstveit gained valuable experience by CO-Founding Mechanica (Oceaneering), as well as Modular Rig Company, project management, sales and strategy development at Malm Orstad. In FourPhase, he has spearheaded the development of cutting-edge solutions within sand management, using advanced mechanical and automation technology to improve efficiency and sustainability. His expertise and leadership have made him a respected advocate for sustainability and innovation in the industry.
