Solids free water assured

When located upstream of the separator, our separation units deliver a proven separation efficiency of 99.8% over a dynamic range of 20 microns to 10mm solids. By removing solids at this point, carry over is reduced and separation efficiency is increased. This directly improves water quality and alleviates the risk of a solids build-up in the separator, a halt in production and potential erosion of control valves downstream.

Re-establishing separation without shutting in

When a build-up of solids in the separator takes place, produce water quality decreases. This requires a manual clean out or jetting activity to reverse. Our separation units can deliver on-line jetting to clean out the separator without the need for any additional manual handling activities or HSE risks.

When the DualFlow is positioned upstream of the separator, the quality of the produced water is maintained at all times. If the DualFlow is placed downstream, the jetting is delivered in line with dispensations.

Digital planning for offshore success

Using 3D modelling and visualisation we perform 3D rig ups before mobilisation to ensure seamless integration onto often crowded offshore installations. We incorporate every detail, ahead of mobilisation, to save valuable hours of rig up time and improve HSE.
