4.1 Data related to website’s traffic
We use Google Analytics to track the information related to website users and how they interact with the website. Google Analytics tool is provided by a third-party supplier Google. None of the information that is tracked by Google Analytics and released to us can identify a specific user. We only receive access to general information about anonymized users and their behaviour on the website, including location, device, internet browser, language etc. If you do not want Google to track this information on our website you can do so by disabling the cookies on your internet browser.

4.2 Contact forms, email links and technical database
On our website, we have several email links that can be activated by clicking on the hyperlink. Clicking the hyperlink activates your email application and in case you choose to reach out to us this way, none of the information you provide in the message will be stored on our website. Our technical database asks you to provide your email address in order to be able to download the selected techsheets. The reason we ask for this information is in order to have a track record of who receives technical information related to our equipment and to provide you with further assistance you might require. Your email gets stored in the MailChimp who provide us with email marketing services. We consider MailChimp to be a third-party data processor. Here you can view Legal Privacy Policy of MailChimp. The email addresses acquired via technical database are not stored in our mailing lists which means you will not be receiving any mail campaigns unless you choose to opt in to our newsletter service.
