Hallvard’s experience includes more than 20 years of oilfield experience ranging from development and operational support of rotary steerable drilling tools and MWD/LWD with Baker Hughes INTEQ in Germany, U.S. and Norway, through operational leadership roles within well construction, completion and intervention for Weatherford Norway. Most recently, Hallvard was working with Enhanced Drilling’s subsea technology in various drilling, engineering and operational reliability management roles. He has experience with real-time onshore data centres as well as in-depth operational analysis of well and equipment data. Founded on his extensive experience as investigator of major operational incidents, he has a holistic, risk-based approach to high performance, high-reliability operations.
