Caleb has been with FourPhase since 2021 as the Vice President for the Americas Region. He has 15 years of international oil and gas experience. His focus has revolved around the upstream offshore and subsea space.

Previously Caleb was the Americas Sales Manager for ClampOn, another Bergen based company. He also has spent time in managerial and business development positions within subsea pipeline and flow-line suppliers.

Caleb is a Member of SPE, API, and holds an MBA with a focus on Finance.
