Barbra joined FourPhase in 2013 in the role as HR Manager.

Barbra has 20 years’ experience within the energy industry, from drilling and oil services. She is educated within leadership and coaching and her main focus in her role in FourPhase is to recruit and build up a healthy and functional organization with qualified, motivated and collaborating personnel and teams.
