Project scope
To align expectations prior to any operations we perform calculations on separation efficiency, erosion, and flow rates. This is to estimate our expected separation efficiency and communicate this to our customer together with a budgetary quote.
Once the project has been approved the process continues to ensure an efficient operation offshore. A detailed scope of work (SoW) is defined by a dedicated project manager. With the SoW defined equipment can be assigned and the necessary verifications and procedures written to support the operation.

Site visit
To ensure efficiency and quality we typically perform offshore site visits prior to any operation. Site visits help optimise the amount of equipment we send offshore as well ensure that drawings and reality correlate.
Typically, we supply several rig-up suggestions and work together with our customers to come up with an optimal solution accommodating the need for both parties.

Planning for success: 3D simulation
We are proud of our unique 3D planning process – where we illustrate the use of our solutions prior to installation. Taking exact rig drawings, we combine these with 3D models and configure together with customer systems and integrate with precision.
The planning is detailed down to how many and which pipe pieces will be needed. A drawing is created to share this information with our offshore operators as well as customers.
