Remote, data-driven management of solids in real time to maximise and maintain a consistent flow rate. Ongoing solids management enhances production performance, lowers the cost per barrel and prevents expensive, carbon intensive intervention activities. When an intervention is unavoidable our technology allows a faster realisation of the well to be achieved.
Designed for production
70% of fields globally have a solids problem, where some kind of solids handling equipment is needed. Whether upstream, midstream or a downstream application, the two-vessel design of our DualFlow separation system ensures continuous production.

Efficient management of solids during the life of a well
Upstream – continuous solids free production from the well
Midstream – continuous removal of solids from pipelines
Downstream – continuous removal of solids at the refinery

Downstream – continuous removal of solids at the refinery

The compact footprint of our units utilises minimal deck space. If required, it can be lowered through hatches to be located on other decks to enable the possibility for simultaneous operations on the platform.

“We are very satisfied with FourPhase’s removal efficiency, which we estimated to 99%, as opposed to your competitor's cyclone that we measured to between 85 - 95%”

Guaranteeing continuous production
Delivering constant production, a proactive approach to solids management avoids intervention by continuously tuning the well flow to enhance production and prevent solids management issues. Delivering improved efficiency and removing the risk of costly interventions, our separation systems enable operators to redefine the standard approach to solids management.

Optimising intervention
Intervention is often a necessary, yet costly and carbon intensive, processes. Whether frac flowback, coiled tubing, sand clean-out or a well kick start, our separation systems optimise the well to ensure the faster realisation of the well after intervention.
Coiled tubing and intervention

By constantly monitoring and capturing solids data our separation systems allow a higher acceptable sand rate and create a healthier well.
Digital integration
No dispensations needed
The average dispensations for oil to be discharged to sea by jetting is roughly 7%. We protect the marine environment by completely removing hydrocarbon contaminated sand particles before jetting of the production separator.
Environmental performance

Protecting resources
By removing oil coated solids upstream of the separator, our system improves the oily water separation process. This makes it possible to remove all of the sand from the water in earlier separation stages, resulting in higher quality produced water and protecting equipment against erosion.
