Steve comes to FourPhase with a career spanning over 25 years in the oil and gas industry bringing operational, engineering management and project management expertise to the UK team.

Prior to joining the FourPhase team Steve worked in different positions and regions. Steve has worked on many projects and operations globally in the UK, Europe, West Africa and Asia with time spent living in both the UK and Malaysia.

His experience comes from WellTest Operations, Engineering and Design, WellTest Training and Hazop Chairman, Management and Project Management roles.

As operators become increasingly aware of the unrealised potential in choked back wells due to ASR (Acceptable Sand Rate), Steve’s wide international experience will be valuable in developing and executing efficient solid management projects and strategies with our customers.

Since Joining FourPhase I have been warmly welcomed into the team by my UK and Norway colleagues. Their attention to detail and passion to continually improve their service and products is a testament to FourPhase. The facilities in Norway are first class and they are forever pushing the boundaries of solids management. I am thrilled to be a part of the FourPhase team and the exciting times ahead.
