FourPhase: CFO Outlook 2026
As we enter 2026 with a new ownership structure backed by employees, our focus is clear: deliver reliable operations, strengthen partnerships, and scale our operations and technologies to make offshore work safer and smarter, while securing healthy growth in 2026. We rely not only on our digital and predictive capabilities to deliver reliable operations, but also on delivering excellent performance to our customers to ensure we remain the preferred vendor of solids management systems tomorrow.
2025 in review
Last year was defined by high uptime delivery across multiple international campaigns. We achieved operational milestones that matter most to our customers: consistent performance and reliability throughout our operations.
Two highlights were our first coiled tubing (CT) clean-out operation from a drilling ship in the Americas, which demonstrated our ability to adapt and deliver in complex environments, and our remotely operated intervention campaign with Aker BP in the North Sea.
With the establishment of FourPhase Inc. in Houston, Texas. We are closer to our US customers and will continue to build our track record and demonstrate how our compact solids management systems add business value also in the Americas. With our first CT clean-out operation from a drilling ship, we continue to expand into new business verticals driven by customers’ need for efficient separation technology in the Western Hemisphere.
2025 marked a major milestone: The very first Industry-First Remote Solids Management Project in the North Sea, with operations controlled from a dedicated onshore collaboration center. This breakthrough has sparked interest from other operators, and we aim to deliver more remote campaigns in 2026, supported by robust redundancy systems which enable safe fallback to local control.
Priorities for 2026
• Maintain high uptime across all campaigns
• Scale remote operations with selected customers
• Drive operational excellence and margin discipline in strategic regions to ensure financially healthy and efficient operations
• Continuing to expand the use of our IP and our digital and remote capabilities into new markets
